I have been active in the real estate industry for over 25 years – the majority of that time with Engel & Völkers. For the past ten years, I served as the company’s CEO and President. In this role, I was privileged to play a key part in transforming the company into a global player with a presence in more than 30 countries. My mission is to empower people to write their own success stories.
I began my career with a clear goal: global brand leadership in the premium segment. Early on, I took on international responsibility and shaped my leadership style at the intersection of innovation, excellence, and entrepreneurship.
With AIDO TenX, I focus on strategic investments in forward-looking sectors such as artificial intelligence, EdTech, and blockchain technology – including innovative companies like PINKTUM and specialized blockchain funds.
In parallel, I am committed to the real estate and PropTech sector through "Brokerage with a Purpose," with investments in established brands such as Sotheby's International Realty as well as technology-driven market leaders.
