Ich bin Sven Odia, Jahrgang 1977, und gehöre zu den international bekanntesten Managern im Bereich Luxusimmobilien. Seit über 25 Jahren bin ich in der Immobilienbranche tätig – nahezu meine gesamte berufliche Laufbahn habe ich bei Engel & Völkers verbracht. In den letzten zehn Jahren war ich dort als CEO und Präsident tätig. In dieser Rolle durfte ich maßgeblich zur Entwicklung des Unternehmens zu einem globalen Player mit einer Präsenz in über 30 Ländern beitragen. Meine Mission: Menschen dabei zu unterstützen, ihre ganz eigene Erfolgsgeschichte zu schreiben.
Through my investment company AIDO TenX, I invest in businesses operating in the fields of artificial intelligence, EdTech, and blockchain technology. In January 2025, I invested in Pink University GmbH through AIDO TenX and took on the role of Chairman of the newly established advisory board.
Since March 2025, I have been a shareholder and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Spain Sotheby’s International Realty through my investment company, Brokerage with a Purpose GmbH. Brokerage with a Purpose focuses on strategic investments in the real estate sector.
In April 2025, I published my first book – titled “Lage, Lage, Leadership” – in collaboration with Murmann Verlag.
With my investment company AIDO TenX GmbH, I invest in companies in the fields of artificial intelligence, EdTech, and blockchain technology. In January 2025, I invested in the company PINKTUM through AIDO TenX and assumed the role of Chairman of the newly established advisory board.
